江豚穿上高科技“小背心”，外国代表看了想“复制”回国

On April 25, 2023, near the upstream waters of Laowan Zhongjia in Honghu City along the main stream of the Yangtze River, two finless porpoises, approximately five years old and wearing "little vests," leaped into the river. By June 6, these special "little vests" had captured the attention of representatives from five countries, including Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Vietnam, and Thailand.
Staff at the Honghu Laowan Finless Porpoise Research and Education Base explained that the vests are designed for porpoises being released into the wild for rewilding. They transmit wireless signals to track and locate the porpoises. The vests also have a hidden feature: the stitching is made with special biodegradable thread that dissolves in water after a certain period, allowing the vest to fall off naturally without disrupting the porpoises' normal lives.
“这件小背心，可是个宝贝！”洪湖市老湾豚类研学基地工作人员介绍，小背心是给野化放归江豚佩戴的，它有特别的“衣袖”穿在鳍肢上，通过无线信号传输，对江豚位置进行定位跟踪。而小背心连接处还藏着奥秘，采用的特殊线材缝合，可以在水中一段时间后自动降解，使背心脱落，不影响江豚正常生活。
据了解，2023年4月25日，长江干流洪湖老湾中夹上游水域附近，两头约5岁的雄性江豚，穿着“小背心”跃入长江，回到母亲河怀抱。

当时这场全国首次江豚放归行动，让洪湖市老湾回族乡江豚湾巡护员王立爱至今记忆犹新。“两头放归的江豚，在老湾故道进行了两年的野化训练，我们与它们朝夕相处。”王立爱回忆，“我们在整个江面上追踪它们身影，记录习性、出水次数等等，对它们的行为了如指掌。”王立爱表示，放归的那一刻，大家心中充满不舍，“但它们终究要回归大自然！”

前来老湾故道的江豚，或是受伤治疗痊愈的，或是人工繁殖的。“需要在它们回归大自然前，进行野化训练，相当于它们进入‘江湖’前的培训班。”中国科学院水生生物研究所研究员梅志刚解释，江豚需要在培训班学习在捕鱼、船只干扰等复杂环境中的生存技能。目前这个班有三名“江豚同学”。
“江豚高科技的‘小背心’，还有老湾故道的培训班，让我们看到了人与自然和谐。”柬埔寨农林渔业部副国务秘书伊姆·拉赫纳表示，“保护湄公河伊洛瓦底江豚，我们可以直接复制借鉴这种模式”。
